How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Orders are processed as they are received. It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for order fulfillment, although most are packed for shipping sooner. Please allow extra time during holidays and online store sales periods when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We always do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on your total order. You may enter your zip code at the top of your shopping cart before you enter your credit card information to determine the total cost of your order.

What shipping options are available?

All of our packages are shipped via USPS Standard and should arrive approximately 5-10 business days after the order is placed.

What is the exchange policy?

All items may be exchanged up to 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping charges may be incurred. Items will not be eligible for exchange if they smell like cigarette smoke, have been damaged, or have been washed. Items must be in like-new condition.
